Banana Concentrate

ChosoAgro's banana concentrate is produced by evaporating water from fresh banana puree to achieve a high-Brix (60–72°) concentrate with an intense, true banana flavour. The concentration process preserves the natural aroma compounds and sugars that characterise ripe banana, making it highly efficient for large-scale beverage manufacturing.

A small amount of concentrate reconstitutes to create substantial finished product volume, reducing shipping costs and storage footprint — a practical choice for high-volume beverage, flavour house, and pharmaceutical customers worldwide.
